Technical support and capacity building/development demands are channelled through the geographically correspondant UNDP country office and the Regional Centre UNDP for Latin America and the Caribbean. The request is worked by the Project in order to design a response, that will consist in concrete actions of support or training in democratic dialogue, being coordinated by the Crisis Prevention and Recovery area and executed by the Regional Project. Due to the magnitude and complexity of support demands coming from countries in the Region, during the past years the Project has been consolidating a network of acknowledged dialogue practitioners for supporting the response given to countries. At present, the Project counts with a Community of Practice & Learning that is used as a human resource when designing the specific response.
